To subscribe to Lummy Days Podcast using iTunes is simple.

• Launch iTunes.
• In the Advanced menu, select Subscribe to Podcast.
• Enter http://www.stackridge.net/rss_feed/lummy_days.rss in the URL text box and click OK.

iTunes will then display in your Podcast playlist and when a new episode comes along will automatically upload it. You can then easily put it on your iPod.

Listen to Lummy Days live?

You won't need any special equipment to listen to the Lummy Days Podcast live. As long as you have speakers on your computer and a broadband connection then at the bottom of the show notes for each programme, there is a built in player,  like the one below. Just click on the pink play button, turn up your computer volume and listen to the show.

To download Lummy Days Podcast onto your computer to listen again later select the Lummy Days episode you want to download from, then click on the orange logo and it will offer you an option to save the programme as an mp3 file on your computer.  Alternatively you can right click on the logo and choose the option "Save target as".
